A hard shell chamber designed for sitting. The OxyRevo Space60 is a stainless steel hyperbaric oxygen chamber made for one person to sit upright through an HBOT session, or lean back on the premium folding chair that comes with it. The 1.5 ATA version adjusts from 1.2 to 1.5 ATA, and the 2.0 ATA version, built from thicker material, adjusts from 1.4 up to 2.0 ATA, twice atmospheric pressure.

Inside, the cabin is 79 inches long, 34 inches wide and 60 inches tall (200 Γ— 86 Γ— 153 cm), with a large transparent front door plus two polycarbonate windows at the head and foot. Control panels and display screens are mounted inside and outside the shell, so one user can run an entire hyperbaric oxygen therapy session with no one standing by. Everything the chamber needs, including the oil-free compressor, 10L oxygen concentrator, cooling, air purification and sterilization, comes in a single operating unit, which suits the Space60 to home HBOT as well as commercial clinics and therapy centers. Shell colors are white, black, navy or silver, with OEM colors available.

The Build

Four Systems Built Around 2.0 ATA

A hard chamber exists for pressure, and every part of the build has to withstand it. On the Space60, four systems take that load: the shell, the pressure valve, the duplicated controls, and the response to a power cut.

Three-Thickness Stainless Shell
Three stainless steel sections of different thicknesses are welded into the chamber body, and an exterior aluminum ring adds reinforcement where the metal meets the polycarbonate. OxyRevo says the multi-thickness design raises pressure resistance and prevents deformation over time.

Adjustable Pressure Valve
A switch valve raises and lowers working pressure within the version you choose. The 1.5 ATA version ranges from 1.2 to 1.5 ATA, and the 2.0 ATA version from 1.4 to 2.0 ATA. Starting low and building up over later sessions is simply a matter of turning the valve.

Control panels and digital displays appear both inside and outside the shell. Each screen shows temperature, humidity and oxygen purity from high-precision sensors, and a phone communication system links both sides so no one has to shout through the door.

Power Failure Safety System

OxyRevo says the glazing widens the field of view and reduces the feeling of being enclosed. The Space60 has transparent panels on three surfaces: a large front door and two windows at the head and foot. The polycarbonate comes from Bayer in Germany and is built as a double layer.

One Cabinet Holds Every Machine

Most hyperbaric setups spread a compressor, a concentrator and connecting tubing around the room. OxyRevo combines all of it in one all-in-one operating unit. Installing it means connecting the wires and tubes from that unit to the chamber tank, with no commissioning process. Cooling is electrically driven, so there is no ice water or Freon involved, and OxyRevo rates it maintenance-free.

Red Light Therapy Panel
A panel of 660nm red and 850nm near-infrared light mounted inside the chamber. It runs on low-voltage 24V DC, with the power supply kept outside the shell and only shielded cabling entering through a dedicated airtight porthole.

Water Chiller Air Conditioner
Pumps chilled water through a heat exchanger to keep the interior cool during summer sessions. It adjusts from -10Β°C to 20Β°C, uses R134A refrigerant, and includes overcurrent, thermal and overvoltage protection along with a time-delay start.

Frequently Asked Questions

Typically 6 to 8 weeks. Roughly four weeks go to production and testing, and about four more to shipping. Once the chamber ships we send vessel tracking so you can follow it across the ocean. After US customs clearance you get a tracking number for the truck delivery, and the delivery team reaches out to schedule the drop-off. For white glove delivery, contact us and we will arrange it.
Every machine and component is covered by a 1-year commercial and 2-year home use warranty, along with free lifetime technical support. If a quality problem arises during the warranty period and can be fixed, OxyRevo provides replacement parts free and guides you through the repair with photos and video. If it cannot be fixed, they send a new machine at no cost. For any other coverage questions, contact us and we will help.
OxyRevo lists durability ratings for each component: chamber capsule 10,000 hours, air compressor 10,000 hours, cooler 10,000 hours, and oxygen concentrator 5,000 hours.
The chamber measures 79" long Γ— 34" wide Γ— 60" tall in the Standard width version, and 29.5" wide in the Mini version. Contact us before ordering so we can check the path into your room, which matters most for basements and any route that runs through an elevator. We strongly recommend white glove delivery for getting it in and set up; contact us to arrange it.
Width only. The Standard version measures 34 inches (86 cm) across and the Mini measures 29.5 inches (75 cm). Nothing else changes between the two, and both widths come in the 1.5 ATA and 2.0 ATA versions.
With standard delivery, the trucking company drops the crated chamber at your location, and unloading, uncrating and moving it are up to you. White glove delivery is full service: unloading, setup and cleanup are handled for you, and the team shows you how to operate the chamber. With a 1,323 lb net weight, this is what we recommend. The chamber weighs 1,323 lbs (600 kg). Four solid wheels at the base let you reposition it within the room once it is in place. For getting it into the room to begin with, contact us about white glove delivery.
Output capacity. The 10L concentrator that comes standard supplies up to 10 liters of oxygen per minute. The 20L supplies up to 20 liters per minute and is designed for when a steadier flow is wanted while the chamber holds working pressure. If you are adding the BIBS mask, order it with the 20L unit. The BIBS does physically work with the 10L, but the flow can feel insufficient during a session.
The Space60 comfortably fits most people under 6'5" and 300 lbs. It is built for one occupant, 79 inches long with 60 inches of interior height.
Two reasons. The hard shell offers a higher pressure capacity of up to 2.0 ATA. By comparison, OxyRevo's portable soft chambers (the Elite32, Elite36, Apex32 and Apex36) are rated at 1.4 to 1.5 ATA. And entry is through a hard door, so there are no zippers to deal with on the way in and out.
Yes. Pressurization, oxygen flow, lighting and dehumidification all run from the internal panel, and pressure gauges and a display screen are duplicated inside. A phone communication system connects inside and outside. No second person is needed to run a session.
The chamber meets CE machinery (non-medical) and ISO13485 standards. Built-in safety systems include a door lock sensor that prevents operation until the door is fully shut, indicator lights inside and outside, pressure relief valves, an emergency valve that releases pressure in 30 seconds, and a power failure system that gradually vents the chamber and lowers the door if power is lost.
The standard unit includes two cooling machines and a humidity water container, which OxyRevo says removes humidity and cools the air inside the chamber. It runs on electricity, needs no ice water or Freon, and OxyRevo rates it maintenance-free. Realistically, here is what to expect: in a room with working air conditioning the interior stays comfortable, and the standard system mainly handles condensation control and airflow. For sessions in a hot or humid climate, or back-to-back use in a commercial setting, the optional water chiller air conditioner (sold separately) adds active cooling across an adjustable -10Β°C to 20Β°C range.

No. Installation means connecting the wires and tubes from the all-in-one operating unit to the chamber tank, with no special commissioning. Once connected, you run the chamber from either the internal or external control panel.
Because the onboard oxygen concentrator makes oxygen continuously, there are no oxygen tanks to buy or refill. The compressor filters are the only parts that need replacing, every 6 to 12 months depending on how often you use it. Spare filters and fuses are included with the chamber.
According to OxyRevo, the chamber cleans its own air as you use it. An anion generator releases anions that capture 2.5 micron dust particles (PM2.5) during a session. Working alongside it, a water-nano air sterilizer targets bacteria, heavy odors and viruses, which makes the pair valuable in a clinic or therapy center seeing back-to-back clients. Clean the oxygen headset with rubbing alcohol between users.
A typical mild hyperbaric session lasts 60 to 90 minutes, 4 to 5 times a week. A common pattern is a block of 40 dives followed by a week off before the next block. The timer runs automatically from 0 to 120 minutes, so you set the length and the chamber takes care of the rest.
This differs from person to person and is a question for your physician. As a general starting point for wellness use, we suggest planning an initial block of 20 sessions and reassessing after that. We make no claims about outcomes.
Expect a pressure change in your ears as the chamber pressurizes and depressurizes, much like a plane taking off or landing. Swallowing or yawning clears it, and ears commonly adjust within the first few sessions. Inside, you can read by the LED light, listen to music, watch something with the entertainment system (sold separately), or sleep.

Speak with your physician before starting, especially if you have any ear, sinus or lung condition. On the equipment side, the chamber is pressurized with filtered air, and internal pressure is controlled by the pressure switch valve and relief valves. The chamber can be depressurized and opened from both inside and outside, and it has a 30-second emergency release.
That decision belongs to a physician, and we ask that you consult one before a minor uses the chamber. On the equipment side, it is a single-occupant chamber, with controls duplicated outside the shell so an adult can operate and monitor the entire session from the exterior panel.
