The GRPro 2.1 is Game Ready's portable control unit. It circulates ice water through a Game Ready wrap while applying intermittent air compression, so one device delivers cold and compression together. It is used in clinics, athletic training rooms and at home under the direction of a healthcare provider.

Fill the reservoir with ice and water, connect a wrap and choose your settings. The unit pumps chilled water through the wrap while air inflates and releases it in cycles. Game Ready says its wraps are based on technology adapted from NASA spacesuit design. Wraps are available for most areas of the body and are sold separately.

Adjustable Compression

Run the unit with no compression, or choose one of three levels of cyclical air compression:

• Low: 5 to 15 mm Hg, with about 4 to 5 minutes of inflation followed by 1 minute of deflation
• Medium: 5 to 50 mm Hg, with about 2 to 3 minutes of inflation followed by 1 minute of deflation
• High: 5 to 75 mm Hg, with about 2 to 3 minutes of inflation followed by 1 minute of deflation

Adjustable Cold

Set a target temperature between 35°F and 50°F. Reaching that range requires a reservoir full of ice. The unit holds the temperature steady across the wrap.
