Why filter at the main line
Clean-looking water is not always clean water.
Municipal systems are built to meet minimum safety standards, so tap water can still carry chlorine, chloramine, pesticides, PFAS, fluoride, lead and other contaminants. You drink it, shower in it, breathe the steam and wash your food and clothes in it. Filtering the whole home covers all of it.

Which level do I need?
Essential handles chlorine. Plus adds chloramine, which many cities now use. Premium adds PFAS and lead, and Elite adds fluoride and arsenic. A water quality report for your area is the best guide.
Does it remove bacteria and viruses?
Filtration alone is not designed for that. Add the whole-home UV purification option to neutralize microorganisms.
Do I need the softener?
Only if you have hard water. Choose salt-based softening, a salt-free conditioner, or no treatment.
What's included?
Every system includes the filter, the filter housing and a complete installation kit. With a softener you also get the softener tank, control head, its installation kit and a brine tank.
