The LSX-500 turns the treadmill you already own into a body weight support system. Its patented "Lift from the Hip" design offloads up to 60 lb while leaving the body free to move in every plane.

Extended uprights fit taller and heavier users, and an integrated overhead safety harness helps protect against falls during balance and neuromotor work.
