The Med4 Elite is Game Ready's clinic-grade control unit. One machine delivers four therapies: iceless cold, controllable heat, rapid contrast between the two, and intermittent air compression. It has two hose ports, so two patients can be treated at the same time. It is built for physical therapy clinics, athletic training rooms and rehabilitation settings.

The unit works with Game Ready ATX wraps, which are sold separately and are available for most areas of the body. Game Ready says its wraps use technology adapted from NASA spacesuit design.

Four Therapies in One Unit

Iceless Cold

Cools to as low as 38°F (3°C) with no ice to load. Cold therapy is commonly used after an injury or surgery to help manage pain and swelling.

Controllable Heat

Warms to as high as 113°F (45°C). Heat therapy is commonly used to ease stiffness and encourage circulation in the area being treated.

Rapid Contrast

Alternates between heat and cold, with the changeover taking less than one minute.

Active Compression

Four compression levels from 5 to 75 mm Hg. Intermittent air compression inflates and releases the wrap in cycles, which also holds the wrap closely against the body for better surface contact.
