Freemotion FID Bench
Flat. Incline. Decline. One bench.
To Freemotion, FID means flat, incline and decline, and this bench is built to do all three. Foot rollers anchor the feet for decline and core work.
An 11-gauge steel frame and dense padding make it a durable foundation, and wheels let it move from the rack to the cable machines to a HIIT class.

Questions? Answers.
Does it decline?
Yes. The back pad moves from decline to a steep incline, and the foot rollers hold you in place for decline and ab work.
How much weight can it hold?
Freemotion rates it for a 400 lb user and 900 lb in total, including the user and weights.
Does it work with a squat or power rack?
Yes. It rolls easily into a rack for presses, then back out for dumbbell or cable work.
