Hydrogen you breathe.
ECHO Refresh is an at-home hydrogen inhalation machine. It splits distilled water by SPE/PEM electrolysis and delivers up to 1,200 ml/min of 99.999% pure hydrogen, plus up to 600 ml/min of oxygen, through a cannula.
Sessions run from 30 minutes to six hours, quietly, while you read, work or rest.

How is inhaling hydrogen different from drinking it?
Drinking delivers hydrogen through digestion, limited to what a glass holds. Inhalation delivers it through the lungs and can continue for hours, so the total exposure can be much larger. Many people do both.
How long should a session be?
Sessions run 30 to 360 minutes. Most people start with 30–60 minutes a day and build from there. Check with your healthcare professional about what suits you.
Can two people use it at once?
Yes. Two hydrogen outputs and one oxygen output let two people inhale at the same time.
What water does it use?
