ECHO H2 combines a WQA-certified 5-stage filter with a hydrogen cell, so it takes chlorine, metals and sediment out and puts up to 1.44 ppm of molecular hydrogen in. Nothing upstream required.

What is hydrogen water?
Ordinary drinking water with molecular hydrogen (H₂) gas dissolved in it. The water itself is unchanged; the dissolved hydrogen is what researchers study for its antioxidant properties.
Doesn't water already contain hydrogen?
Water (H₂O) contains hydrogen atoms bound to oxygen, but not free molecular hydrogen gas. Hydrogen water has H₂ gas dissolved into it, and that free H₂ is the part being studied.
Do I need a separate faucet?
Only for an under-counter install, where the ECHO H2 Faucet brings water up to the sink. On the counter, the machine uses its own flexible spout. The Echo faucet sits beside your main faucet rather than replacing it.
Does it need RO or other filtration upstream?
No. The 5-stage filter is built in, so it connects to your standard cold water supply and handles filtration itself.
How often do I change the filter?
The cartridge is rated for 1,056 gallons (4,000 liters), about a year for most households. An optional cleaning cartridge helps maintain the hydrogen cell.
Does it change the pH of my water?
No. Molecular hydrogen is dissolved directly into filtered water, up to 1.44 ppm, without altering acidity.
How much counter space does it take?

Can I drink it with medication?
