ECHO Flow

You already filter your water. Now add hydrogen.

ECHO Flow is a filter-less hydrogen machine that lives under the sink and connects to the filtration you already have. It infuses up to 1.21 ppm of molecular hydrogen into water on demand, without changing its pH.

One compact unit can supply the faucet, the fridge and the ice maker.

ECHO Flow
  • 1.21 ppmdissolved H₂
  • 1.2 L/mininternal pump
  • −500 mVORP, up to
  • 3.85 lbfits the cabinet

Filter-less by design

One job, done extremely well.

Most hydrogen machines make you replace their filtration too. The Flow sits downstream of your reverse osmosis or whole-house system and dissolves 99.99% pure molecular hydrogen into water that's already clean.

  1. No filters to buy

Nothing to replace in the hydrogen path. Your prefiltration keeps its own schedule.

  2. pH stays put

The Echo Hydrogen Module infuses H₂ gas directly. No ionization, no mineral cartridges; it tastes like your water.

  3. On demand, never stored

Production starts when you open the tap and stops when you close it. Nothing sits in a tank going flat.

  4. Enough for the house

An internal pump keeps up to 1.2 liters a minute flowing: a household's worth of hydrogen water from one unit.

ECHO Flow: One unit. Every outlet in the kitchen.

Where it connects

One unit. Every outlet in the kitchen.

Because the Flow lives in the cabinet, its output can be split to more than one endpoint. You choose which taps pour hydrogen water.

  • 01

    The accessory faucet

The ECHO RO/Flow Faucet installs in a spare countertop hole beside your main tap.

  • 02

    The refrigerator line

Tee the Flow into the fridge supply so the chilled water dispenser pours hydrogen-enriched water.

  • 03

    The ice maker

Same line, same result: ice made from hydrogen water.

  • 04

    Your own faucet

Already have an accessory tap you like? The Flow pairs with many third-party faucets.

ECHO Flow: Fits wherever it is installed.

The machine

Fits wherever it is installed.

9.5 × 9.5 inches on the face, 3.5 inches deep and under four pounds. It mounts flat against the back of the cabinet, leaving the space under your sink usable.

  • Echo Hydrogen Module

Dissolves 99.99% pure molecular hydrogen into the stream without altering pH, up to 1.21 ppm at the tap.

  • Internal pump

Keeps flow at the faucet feeling normal, even downstream of a reverse osmosis tank.

  • Advanced sensing

Runs only while the tap is open. Nothing is stored and nothing runs when no one is drinking.

  • Simple set-up

One inlet, one outlet, one power lead. Most installs are a single visit.

Before you install

Four things to check under your sink.

Most kitchens already meet all four.

  • Prefiltration in place

A reverse osmosis or whole-house system upstream, delivering at least 10 psi. The ECHO RO is the natural pairing.

  • Room in the cabinet

9.5 × 9.5 inches of wall and 3.5 inches of depth. It fits alongside an RO unit in most standard sink bases.

  • A hole for the faucet

A spare countertop hole for the accessory faucet. Many kitchens already have one; an installer can drill one if not.

  • A live outlet

Constant power under the sink, commonly shared with the garbage disposal circuit.

The science

A molecule with a research library.

Molecular hydrogen is described in research as a selective antioxidant: it interacts with specific reactive oxygen species rather than flooding the body with electrons. Much of the work is early, and it's still growing.

2,210

peer-reviewed studies have examined molecular hydrogen.

  • Oxidative stress

Molecular hydrogen as a selective antioxidant: reactive oxygen species and cellular balance.

  • Hydration

Hydrogen-rich water and antioxidant capacity in healthy adults.

  • Gut health

Hydrogen-rich water and the gut microbiome: mechanisms still under study.

  • Metabolic markers

Hydrogen-rich water and markers of oxidative balance in metabolic syndrome.

Certifications

Tested. Certified. Documented.

  • Hydrogen certified by H2 Analytics to IHSA standards
  • ISO 9001 certified
  • ISO 14001 certified
  • GMP certified
  • FDA-approved plastics

The FDA recognizes hydrogen gas as generally recognized as safe (GRAS) as a food additive. Echo's hydrogen output is independently tested and certified by H2 Analytics to IHSA standards.

Questions? Answers.

What is hydrogen water?

Ordinary drinking water with molecular hydrogen (H₂) gas dissolved in it. The water itself is unchanged; the dissolved hydrogen is what researchers study for its antioxidant properties.

Doesn't water already contain hydrogen?

Water (H₂O) contains hydrogen atoms bound to oxygen, but not free molecular hydrogen gas. Hydrogen water has H₂ gas dissolved into it, and that free H₂ is the part being studied.

Do I need a filter or RO system?

Yes. The Flow is filter-less by design and needs prefiltration, a reverse osmosis unit or whole-house system with at least 10 psi at the inlet. It's engineered around the ECHO RO but works downstream of most third-party systems.

Where does it go?

Under the counter, connected to your sink plumbing. It is 9.5 inches square and only 3.5 inches deep, so it mounts on the back wall of the cabinet.

Do I have to drill my countertop?

Only if you don't have a spare hole. The ECHO RO/Flow Faucet goes in a spare countertop hole; many kitchens already have one from a soap dispenser. Check the faucet's installation guide for the exact size.

Can I use my own faucet?

Yes. Choose the no-faucet option and pair the Flow with a compatible accessory faucet. The Echo faucet is a secondary tap and does not replace your main kitchen faucet.

Can it feed the fridge or ice maker?

Yes. It can connect to your refrigerator supply as well as the countertop faucet, so chilled water and ice are hydrogen-enriched too.

Does it change the pH of my water?

No. Hydrogen gas is dissolved directly into the water, up to 1.21 ppm, with the pH left where it was.

What power does it need?

A standard outlet with constant power. Under the sink it can typically share the garbage disposal circuit.

What does the warranty cover?

The unit and its hydrogen module, for 10 years. Running the Flow without the required prefiltration isn't covered.

ORP figures depend on source water chemistry and flow rate.

Echo Water products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements about hydrogen have not been evaluated by the FDA. Individual results vary.
