ECHO Flask

Hydrogen water, wherever the day goes.

ECHO Flask turns ordinary water into hydrogen-rich water in minutes, with up to 8 ppm of dissolved molecular hydrogen after a 20-minute cycle, independently lab-tested.

A touch screen, an app that tracks every cycle and a 12-ounce, shatter-resistant body make it the easiest way to keep hydrogen water within reach.

Why Echo

The details that set it apart.

ECHO Flask: The purest form of hydrogen

High-concentration molecular hydrogen, confirmed by third-party labs, with no pH shift, no heavy-metal residue and no BPA byproducts.

ECHO Flask: Consistent results

No guessing. Echo's patented system is third-party tested to deliver up to 8 ppm of molecular hydrogen, cycle after cycle.

ECHO Flask: A 5-year warranty

Every Flask is covered by a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, with 30-day coverage on included accessories.

ECHO Flask: A screen and an app that keep track for you.

Smart, not complicated

A screen and an app that keep track for you.

Start a cycle with a tap and watch it run on the built-in display. The ECHO app syncs over Bluetooth to log hydrogen and water intake, and lets you schedule, pause, shorten or stop a cycle.

  • Touch screen

Dark and light modes, right on the bottle.

  • ECHO app

Tracks hydrogen intake, water intake and completed cycles.

  • Health app integration

Shares your data with Apple Health and Android health apps.

Works with the apps you already use.

  • ISO 9001 certified
  • ISO 14001 certified
  • BPA free
  • GMP certified
  • FDA-approved plastics

The FDA recognizes hydrogen gas as generally recognized as safe (GRAS) as a food additive. ECHO Flask holds a valid certification from H2 Analytics in conformance with IHSA and US EPA standards.

Questions? Answers.

What is hydrogen water?

Ordinary drinking water with molecular hydrogen (H₂) gas dissolved in it. The water itself is unchanged; the dissolved hydrogen is what researchers study for its antioxidant properties.

Doesn't water already contain hydrogen?

Water (H₂O) contains hydrogen atoms bound to oxygen, but not free molecular hydrogen gas. Hydrogen water has H₂ gas dissolved into it, and that free H₂ is the part being studied.

What is hydrogen water being studied for?

Areas of research include oxidative stress, inflammation markers, exercise recovery, energy, cognition and gut health. Many studies are small or early, so think of hydrogen water as a long-term wellness habit rather than a treatment.

How soon would I notice anything?

Everyone is different. Some people say they notice a difference within days or weeks; for others it's subtle. Much of what's studied happens at the cellular level, so effects, if any, tend to build with consistent use over time.

How often should I drink it?

Consistency matters more than quantity. Many people drink one to three servings a day. Hydrogen escapes from water over time, so drink it soon after it is made.

How is the Flask different from the Echo Go+?

The Flask replaces the Go and Go+. It holds more (12 oz vs. 9.5 oz), reaches higher hydrogen levels (up to 8 ppm in 20 minutes vs. 2.5–4.5 ppm), uses BPA- and BPS-free PPSU instead of polycarbonate, and syncs with the ECHO app to schedule, pause, shorten or stop cycles.

Can I add supplements or flavors?

Not inside the Flask. Use plain water only; powders and flavorings can interfere with electrolysis and shorten the unit's life. Make your hydrogen water first, then mix anything else in a separate glass, and drink it soon after.

What water should I use?

Filtered, distilled or reverse osmosis water works best. Tap water works, but its minerals and chemicals can build up, which means more frequent cleaning and a shorter life for the Flask.

Is it dishwasher safe?

No. Hand-wash only, and don't submerge it; either one voids the warranty.

How do I take the lid off?

Press and hold the pressure release for about three seconds. Then grip the sides of the lid, press down on the sides (not on the release) and twist counterclockwise, like a pill bottle.

Why did my Flask arrive with a little water inside?

It ships with a small amount of distilled water to keep the membrane primed for efficient hydrogen production. Pour it out, rinse, and fill with purified or distilled water. If yours arrived dry, that's fine too; the membrane may just need a little rehydration before its first cycles.

Is a little water under the base normal?

Yes. Small drips from the oxygen port are expected, from a quarter-sized spot up to the size of the base. The port vents oxygen away from your water and keeps it from flowing back in.

Should I hear a pressure release after a cycle?

Maybe, maybe not. The Flask manages pressure automatically during and after each cycle, so the sounds vary. None of that affects hydrogen concentration.

When should I charge it?

A full charge runs 5–7 ten-minute or 3–4 twenty-minute cycles. While the battery is new, let it run down until it can no longer finish a cycle before recharging; that helps the battery gauge calibrate.

How do I clean it?

Rinse it weekly and wash it now and then with mild soap, like any reusable bottle. The built-in Clean cycle does most of the work. About once a month, soak it in a water and vinegar mix.
