Chattanooga Primera
Pain relief and muscle work. One small unit.
Primera combines TENS and NMES in a light, two-channel handheld. Fourteen preset programs cover temporary pain relief and muscle performance: eight TENS and six NMES.
Its HAN waveform alternates between 2 Hz and 70 Hz stimulation. Each kit ships ready to go with a case, battery, lead wires, electrodes and a back belt for positioning pads. Choose the prescription or over-the-counter version.

Is Primera TENS or EMS?
Both. It has eight TENS programs for temporary pain relief and six NMES programs to support muscle performance.
What is the difference between the Rx and OTC versions?
The prescription version is for use on the order of a licensed healthcare professional. The over-the-counter version can be bought without a prescription; Chattanooga notes it is not reimbursed by insurers, including Medicare.
What warranty does it have?
